Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Ohio State University- Osu Medical Center, An Ihg Hotel Columbus, Columbus

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was perfect and safe, just a stone's throw away from where we needed to be, but the rooms were hit and miss with cleanliness and a musty smell. The service was exceptional overall, even though there was a minor incident with one staff member. The dining experience was great, especially the cinnamon rolls, but the timing was a bit early for a Saturday. The facilities were overall satisfactory.
